Zásady ochrany osobních údajů

- Tyto zásady ochrany osobních údajů se vztahují na hry a aplikace, vytvořené pro mobilní telefony se systémem Android a také pro jejich Windows verze. Jmenovitě pak pro: Pressball, Diabolid II, Diligent Bee, Flip the Plates, Small Kingdom, Ústecko v obrazech, Wild Balls, Undead Monsters, Slož slovo, Znáš odpověď?, Clear Numbers a Sqeezy eezy. Použitím těchto her a aplikací souhlasíte s těmito zásadami.

- Všechny výše uvedené hry a aplikace splňují bezpečnostní zásady na ochranu osobních údajů.
Jsou k dispozici zdarma ke stažení v obchodě Google Play, v případě Windows verze z těchto stránek (www.feryk.cz/projekty.html).
Ke spuštění aplikací není potřeba se přihlašovat.
Neobsahují žádné mikrotransakce nebo platební metody a odkazy nebo obsah třetích stran.
Neobsahují žádné reklamy. V aplikacích se může vyskytnou odkaz na jiné mé hry. Takovýto odkaz je zřetelně označen, např. "Další mé hry".
Vývojář těchto her a aplikací nepoužívá cookies a neshromažďuje žádná vaše citlivá data.
Žádná data se neukládají mimo interní úložiště aplikace ve vašem telefonu nebo pc a žádná data se nesdílí
mimo tyto aplikace.
Některé hry (Diligent Bee, Flip the Plates, Wild Balls, Undead Monsters, Slož slovo) obsahují možnost ukládání vašeho skóre a úspěchů na servery společnosti Google. K tomu je potřeba udělit souhlas ve hře s odesíláním a mít aktivní herní účet v Google Play Games(GPG). Uvedené hry lze hrát i bez udělení souhlasu s odesíláním skóre a není tak nutné využívat funkce GPG. Odesílání těchto dat (skóre,úspěchy,herní přezdívka atd.) se řídí zásadami společnosti Google.

- All of the above games and applications comply with the privacy policy.
They are available for free download in the Google Play store, in the case of the Windows version from this site (www.feryk.cz/projekty.html).
You do not need to log in anywhere to run applications.
They do not contain any microtransactions or payment methods and links or third party content.
They do not contain any ads. There may be a link to other games in my apps. Such a link is clearly marked, eg "My next games".
The developer of these games and applications does not use cookies and does not collect any of your sensitive data.
No data is stored outside the internal storage of the application on your phone or PC and no data is shared
outside of these applications.
Some games (Diligent Bee, Flip the Plates, Wild Balls, Undead Monsters, Slož slovo) include the ability to store your scores and achievements on Google's servers. To do this, you need to give in-game consent to upload and have an active Google Play Games (GPG) game account. These games can be played without the consent to send the score and it is not necessary to use the GPG functions. The submission of this data (scores, achievements, game nicknames, etc.) is governed by Google's policies.
